Notes by Naly: It's not how good you are, it's how good you want to be


A mentor once told me that it's not how good you are, it's how good you want to be. Understanding the difference between the two is what can either stymie or propel you towards your dreams and goals.

Some of the most celebrated people in world history don't particularly have exceptional skills, but they do have the vision of what they want to be.  Channeling your energy towards this vision is the single most powerful activity you can do to achieving your goals.

Do you want to own a business, lose 50 pounds, get that promotion or switch careers?  Then you must envision yourself already having that goal. Wander in your vision - what do you look like? What does your surroundings look like?  How do you feel?

Challenge: Every day when you wake up, take 5 minutes to envision your dreams and goals before getting ready.
