We guarantee the quality and individuality of all our products. Our handcrafted products are specially made on an individual basis; therefore, each product is unique. Due to the nature of specially handcrafted products, some items may vary slightly in color and/or size. Rest assured. This just means that your product is completely unique and created just for you.

We do not accept exchanges at this time. To cancel an order, please contact us  or complete our Contact Us form as soon as possible. If your order has not shipped, then we will make every effort to accommodate your request. If your order has already shipped, then please follow our return policy below.


Orders must be returned within 30 days of purchase. Orders will not be accepted with a Return Authorization Material (RMA) number. Any return shipment without an RMA will be automatically rejected and sent back to the sender. To request a return, please email us at or complete our Contact Us form.

Shipping Charges / Return Shipping

Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. The customer is responsible for any return shipping charges.

Damaged/Defective Orders

Any damaged or defective order must be reported to us within 10 business days of delivery. Do not ship damaged products back unless specifically instructed to do so. Missing Orders

Orders missing items must be reported to us within 10 business days of delivery. If your order contains multiple items, then your items may be shipped separately. To report a missing item, please email us or complete our Contact Us form.
