Let’s face it, it’s not always easy to wake up with the best attitude which is why daily affirmations are something every woman should repeat for a more positive and successful life. It’s so much easier to dwell on things, let mishaps from yesterday, last week, last year get you down. We’ve all been there… that negative self-talk creeps in the back of your mind and then cripples the rest of your day. You’re trying so hard to be the most out of today, but your mind keeps dragging you down negative memory lane.
To some, saying daily affirmation may seem silly. I know it did for me. I mean seriously – standing in front of the bathroom mirror saying daily affirmations to myself even when I feel shitty? How cliche’! But truth be told – saying daily affirmations helped me change my mindset and helped me be more positive and successful in the long run. What seemed silly and foolish at first is now something I often find myself repeating out loud whenever I’m having a bad day or just as a quick pick-me-up.

You must have the courage to overcome your fears to build a more positive and successful life. It won’t be easy at first, even if you’re just saying these things to yourself. Take your time, take it easy. I started out by thinking a couple of these daily affirmations while brushing my teeth in the morning. I would then graduate to saying 5 daily affirmations out loud while looking at myself in the bathroom. Soon enough, I was saying all kinds of daily affirmations and now it’s second nature to me. I have a pool of positive affirmations that I can pull from whenever I need it.
